Osiris Training & Consultancy is a specialist in social care training. However, some of our training is suitable for business people or the general interested public. One advantage to be gained from coming on our courses in particular, is that we often work with people who do not want us in their lives at all. The so-called "reluctant client" is a big challenge to any professional. Therefore, our slant on techniques of influence and change is at the "cutting edge", so to speak, of what works in the tough world of real life. In social care, we also tend to know quite a lot about stress and its dire effects on people.
