If you have a ready prepared tender send it to us via email (or contact to send hard copy) to receive a full response of how we propose to meet your need. If we are unable to respond, we will inform you and advise you as best we can on which agency might be able to offer a solution. |

On receiving your enquiry, we will normally contact you on the next working day to confirm that we are dealing with the matter. |

We will negotiate with you an agreed set of learning objectives or service criteria (including delivery personnel) and schedule of delivery which will form the basis of an agreed Contract. We have a standard Contract available if required. At all times, our approach is one of flexibility and accommodation. |
