active in terms of research in social work. Since our formation we have
undertaken the following:

Cooper delivered a presentation on Risk and the Framework
for Assessment and and a follow up seminar on
Error
Theory in social care for Nexus Conferences on February 28th 2003
(Barbican Centre) to representatives from many Local Authorities and related
organisations.
The Nexus presentation and seminar was based upon Alan Cooper’s Chapter
6: “Risk and the Framework for Assessment” in Calder MC and Hackett S
